What do you need creativity for?
My friends and family have always come to me when something needed to be figured out. "You'll find a way," they would say.
Somewhere along the way, solving problems became my profession.
To me, creativity isn't a moment of inspiration. It's curiosity, collaboration and enough structure to help good ideas grow.
