Hey!
Nice to meet ya! I'm Flor, a graphic designer and illustrator
Current location: Berlin, Germany
or at least a summary of it. During all these years of trying different branches of design, I did a loooot of things, motion design, social media graphics, web pages, illustrations, print designs, I've worked with some big companies, but I've also helped out people who were just starting their own projects. Every time I work with someone new, I learn something new, and I always try to make sure that each project has a little bit of my own style in it.
My work,
-
Darknet Diaries, Animation Identity
So, you know "Darknet Diaries", right? Those podcast legends decided to try something new and jump into the reels game. And guess what? I helped them out by turning their awesome illustrations into a visual dance that really brings their stories to life. It was like a shot of adrenaline to their content! I had a blast working on the storyboards, transitions, and animation, and I think the final result is pretty captivating, it even got more than 60k views between Instagram and Youtube shorts! I can't wait to see what they come up with next!
-
Cloudiway, Web redesign
They wanted a fresh look for their webpage, and I was all in. I dove headfirst into Cloudiway's visual identity overhaul, reimagining every element to embody their essence. From illustrations to fonts to imagery, I left no stone unturned, giving them a truly revitalized online presence.
At the heart of the project was rethinking their color scheme and crafting sleek isometric illustrations to showcase their services. With a focus on web migration, these illustrations became the cornerstone of their revamped webpage—clean, interference-free, and captivating. And the best part? Teaming up with a fellow web developer, we brought our vision to life, ensuring every detail was just right. Seeing our hard work take shape on the webpage was pure magic.
-
Xander the Panther, book illustration
Alright, buckle up for the Xander, the Panther ride! Teaming up with the awesome Grace Buka, we dove into a world without glasses and boy, did we make it pop! My mission? To bring Xander to life through colorful and energetic illustrations. With a mix of research, museum visits, and tons of enthusiasm, we crafted scenes that leaped off the page, inviting readers into a technicolor frenzy of adventure and wonder. And guess what? Our project even archived a featured moment on Behance for its sheer creativity and impact

2017-2018
Creative Works and 4over4
Design/ Prepress - New York
In this role, I didn't just dabble in design; I also wore the hat of a print file guide. My primary responsability? Making sure that the files hitting the printer were spot-on, exactly what the clients had in mind. Picture me as the smooth operator between the client's vision and the printing press, translating their wishes into print-ready reality. Whether it was deciphering requests or brainstorming quick fixes under pressure, I thrived in finding solutions that kept everyone smiling.
2016-2017
Printshop
Design/Prepress - Buenos Aires
In this role, I had the privilege of being the point person for print design projects. My main aim? To ensure clients got exactly what they wanted. From understanding their vision to delivering visually appealing designs that matched their brand guidelines, I worked hard to make it happen. It wasn't always smooth sailing, but I took each challenge in stride, learning and growing along the way. And hey, being able to manage multiple projects while still keeping clients happy? It was definitely a team effort, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it.
Now and then
Hospitality/ customer service
Over the years, alongside my design endeavors, I've also held various roles in the hospitality industry. These experiences have been invaluable in honing my soft skills, such as patience, communication, leadership, and teamwork. Each day presented new opportunities to grow and learn, and I'm grateful for the chance to develop these skills in diverse settings.
